The meetings

Members can call in to be weighed at any time during the meeting time and are under no obligation to stay for the talk unless they wish to.

Photo of members at our Cardigan classUnderstandably, many people often do not have the time to spare however those that do stay for the talk find it interesting and beneficial, and it is a good way of getting to know other members and learn from their experiences.

Our meetings have a relaxed 'coffee morning' atmosphere and offer our members a chance to chat.
